THE ELITE PROGRAMME (TEP) SELECTIONS

The Elite Programme (Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary) is a structured 11‑month commitment running from October to August/early September of the following year. Each stream is tailored to the dancer’s genre focus, with weekly group training designed to build strong technical foundations and performance skills.

Dancers are placed into age‑appropriate cohorts, and training schedules* are set to support their growth and progression throughout the cycle.

TEPB trainings are conducted at the Thomson Campus while TEPJ and TEPC trainings are conducted at the Outram Campus.

  • TEPB 3 & 4: 8.00 - 9.30 PM​

• 18 July, Saturday

  • TEPB 1: 6.15 - 7.30 PM​

  • TEPB 2: 7.30 - 8.45 PM​

• 28 August, Friday

  • ​TEPB 1: 3.30 - 4.45 PM​

  • TEPB 2: 5.00 - 6.30 PM

  • TEPJ Junior & Senior: 6.45 - 7.45 PM

  • TEPB 3 & 4: 8.00 - 9.30 PM

• 29 August, Saturday

  • TEPJ Pre-Junior: 5.00 - 6.00 PM​

  • TEPC Junior: 6.15 - 7.30 PM

  • TEPC Senior: 7.45 - 9.00 PM

Registration opens 20 minutes before each session. Please arrive early.​​

Attire: 

• TEPB: Ballet leotard, pink ballet tights, canvas/leather ballet shoes (no wrap skirts). TEPB 4 candidates may bring pointe shoes. Hair to be neatly tied up in a bun. 

• TEPJ: Ballet leotard with jazz shorts/leggings, jazz shoes or canvas/leather ballet shoes. Hair to be neatly tied up in a bun. 

• TEPC: Ballet leotard, comfortable shirt (not too baggy), black tights/pink ballet tights, safety/boy shorts, socks/foot thongs/barefoot. (You may be asked to be in your leotard during the Selections). Hair to be neatly tied up in a low ponytail. ​​​​​​​

Registration Fee:

• Existing PSD students: S$15

• Non-PSD students: S$20

Note: The registration fee is charged per stream. For example, if an existing PSD student registers for Ballet (TEPB), Jazz (TEPJ), and Contemporary (TEPC), the total fee will be S$15 × 3 = S$45.
