THE ELITE PROGRAMME CONTEMPORARY
The Elite Programme Contemporary (TEPC) is for dancers who wish to compete in only contemporary and lyrical categories. It aims to nurture passionate dancers with potential and wish to pursue dance professionally or gain exposure from competitions or immersions. Dancers are selected via audition and have to be either RAD or contemporary students of the school.
Dancers will attend weekly group training focusing on contemporary technique drills and fine-tuning of group choreography to foster unity, stage presence and a deeper understanding of contemporary movement. Dancers selected to represent the school at competitions have to undertake weekly private coaching.
Students will receive a termly progress report at the end of each term via their OClass Ignite account, providing insights into each dancer’s growth and development. Private coaching for TEP students without additional items are available upon request, subjected to availability of teaching resources.
This programme is an 11-month commitment (October to August/early September of the following year). Dancers do not need to audition again for the next cycle.
